Amazon Expanding its Office Footprint Again at Galleria Dallas
E-commerce giant Amazon is expanding its offices again in Dallas. The digital retailer is adding more than 100,000 square feet of offices in the Galleria office towers on LBJ Freeway at Noel Road. Amazon is investing more than $15 million in the office expansion. Amazon has been a major tenant in the high-profile office towers since 2014. The company already occupies multiple floors in the three-building office complex with over 200,000 square feet.
In August, Amazon said it would base 600 new technology jobs in Dallas and lease an additional 100,000 square feet of space in Galleria Towers as part of the Seattle-based company’s national tech hub expansion.
Filings with the state show that Amazon is now adding more than 20,000 square feet on the fifth floor of Two Galleria Tower at 13455 Noel Road. The company also is taking 85,326 square feet on the sixth, eighth, ninth and 21st floors of One Galleria Tower at 13355 Noel Road.
