More Office Space is in the Works for Cypress Waters
Developer Billingsley Co. is planning for the next addition to its Cypress Waters project. The 1,000-acre Cypress Waters is at LBJ Freeway and Belt Line Road and is one of the most successful such developments in North Texas.
The project is already home to more than 11,000 office workers. This year, Goosehead Insurance, Artisan Design Group, Northstar Builders Group and Robert Half have taken new offices in the project in two new buildings at 3401 and 3501 Olympus Blvd.
Now Billingsley Co. has filed plans with the city of Dallas for another four-story, 182,294-square-foot office building to be built at 9000 Cypress Waters Blvd. The new building would sit on an almost 8-acre site north of LBJ Freeway. A three-story parking garage with room for 634 cars is also planned, according to filings with the city. The building was designed by Dallas architect firm GFF.
Cypress Waters is home to companies including 7-Eleven, CoreLogic, Nokia, Brinker International, Nationstar Mortgage, Toyota Industries Commercial Finance, BT America and Constellation Brands.
