Huge Residential Community With Over 3,000 Homes Coming North of Fort Worth
A new residential community on the way north of Fort Worth will bring thousands of new homes. Houston-based developer Hines is building the Windflower Ranch community on State Highway 114, west of Interstate 35W. Located near the Texas Motor Speedway, Wildflower Ranch will have the first residential building sites ready by next summer.
The first phase of the project will include 400 houses priced from the mid $200,000s. Beazer Homes, Bloomfield Homes, Gehan Homes, Highland Homes and Lennar Homes will build in the first section of the project.
“We are thrilled to introduce Wildflower Ranch and bring a dynamic experience to the area,” Hines managing director Dustin Davidson said in a statement. “The area is flourishing with growth, and we hope Wildflower Ranch will serve as a magnetic addition to the area.”
The new community will also include a lazy river water feature with a swimming pool, hiking trails, a community pavilion and multiple playgrounds.
Engineering firm Goodwin & Marshall and Cody John Studios are designing the project. Conatser Construction and RPM X Construction are the contractors.
