New Community in Mansfield Will Have 1,600 Homes
Developers are breaking ground this week on a 900-acre residential development in Mansfield, southwest of Arlington. Called M3 Ranch, the project is being developed by the area’s McCaslin family and Dallas-based Hanover Property Co. Located on Heritage Parkway near U.S. Highway 287, the new master-planned community will have 1,600 houses and townhomes. Homes will start in the mid $300,000s.
Several neighborhood parks and an amenity center are planned for the development. The community will include commercial developments.
The McCaslin family are long-time property owners in the Mansfield area. “We are honored to partner with the McCaslin family to create a community which combines our quality development practices with the family’s vision for character, value and tradition,” Hanover Property president Dick LeBlanc said in a statement. “The McCaslin family was instrumental in working with the local landowners to form what will be M3 Ranch.”
The McCaslin’s M.R. Development has previously developed more than a dozen single-family neighborhoods, apartment communities and commercial and retail projects.
