Dallas, U.S. Home Price Gains Slow in Latest Case-Shiller Report

Dallas-area annual home price growth slowed to 4.3 percent in the latest survey.

It was the eighth consecutive month of declining home appreciation in the closely watched Standard & Poor's/CoreLogic Case-Shiller Home Price Index.

Nationwide home prices were 5.5 percent higher in September than a year earlier, according to the report.
